Queen Camilla and Kate Middleton could be extending olive branch to Harry and Meghan – or is it just a royal coincidence?

Camilla and Kate sent a subtle message to the Sussexes.

Observant fans of the royal family noticed what appeared to be a very subtle nod to Prince Harry and Meghan from Queen Camilla this week. It comes after a similar gesture by Kate Middleton was noticed at a Buckingham Palace garden party.

It’s all to do with the dresses both royals were spotted wearing recently. On her recent trip to Canada, the Queen was seen wearing a pale pink Anna Valentine coat-dress. According to GBNews it’s the same dress she wore at Harry and Meghan’s wedding back in 2018. While the rest of the outfit wasn’t an exact match, royal watchers still believe Camilla made the intentional choice to re-wear the pink dress as a subtle way of tributing the Sussexes.

Kate Middleton did the same earlier this month when she wore the same yellow hat she wore at the Sussex wedding. Kate is known for reusing and repurposing old outfits, so while the fashion choice didn’t go unnoticed, not much was thought of the choice at the time. But now that Camilla has been seen re-wearing an item from the wedding, royal fans are starting to suspect it’s more than a coincidence.

Camilla and Kate’s timing is very significant

Aside from Camilla and Kate seemingly coordinating their outfits, there’s one more significant detail that suggests this incredibly subtle gesture isn’t just a weird coincidence. The timing coincides with the seventh anniversary of Harry and Meghan’s wedding, which was earlier this month.

Could this suggest that certain figures in the royal family are open to Harry’s wish of reconciliation? Or does this mean nothing at all, and we are all just insane and overthinking every little thing the royals do? It could genuinely be either of those possibilities.

The possibility of some sort of royal reunion between the Sussexes and the rest of the family has been speculated to death. It seems Charles and William no longer want anything to do with Harry and are content to let the rift between them widen indefinitely. In fact, sources suggest that the possibility of reconciliation has never been more distant than it is now.

However, other palace sources have claimed that Kate is eager to get her husband talking with his brother once again. She apparently sympathizes with Harry and wants to see the royal family united once more. This does suggest that her choice in outfit was a conscious choice and perhaps a way of sending a message.

While their headstrong husbands might be too proud to reach out to Harry and Meghan, it’s certainly possible that Camilla and Kate devised a way of sending a subtle message of support for the Sussexes. Perhaps
